The lights were on Copenhagen during UN’s climate meeting which inspired a myriad of eco oriented events. One worth the attention was the exhibition, Meltdown, by model/photographer, Helena Christensen in collaboration with Oxfam. Christensen’s pictures, which will tour the world in the new year, showed how the melting glaciers of Peru have affected the local communities and to highlight what is a lesser known cause, Christensen spoke to demonstrators before opening the exhibition.
